Join us at Anoka Technical College for an exciting opportunity! Become a vital part of our brand-new Plumbing Technology diploma program set to begin in Fall 2025. We are looking for a dynamic plumbing expert who can craft a student-focused program infused with equity principles. Our aim? To deliver both in-person and potential online curriculum tailored to diverse learning styles, accompanied by assessments that accurately gauge student competencies.

Required Qualifications
Education Requirement
Diploma or the completion of an apprenticeship in plumbing.
Occupational Experience Requirement
Four full-time years (or equivalent) of verified related paid work experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
Recency Requirement
One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field. The recency requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) postsecondary teaching experience in the credential field within the last five years.
Professional Requirement
State of Minnesota licensed master plumber or licensed journeyman plumber.

In accordance with the Minnesota State’s Vehicle Fleet Safety Program, employees driving on college/university business who use a rental or state vehicle shall be required to conform to MinnState’s vehicle use criteria and consent to a Motor Vehicle Records check.

Full-time faculty salaries are based on an evaluation of education and related experience after a job offer has been accepted and currently range from $43,067-$94,592. Full-time faculty work 171 days during a nine-month academic year and receive excellent benefits including health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, short and long-term disability, paid personal and sick leave, retirement savings plans, tuition waiver for employees and dependents, professional development funds, along with many optional benefit programs.
** Please note, Initial Step Placement is established by the Minnesota State College Faculty (MSCF) contract in which sets salary limitations to what a new faculty member is able to begin at. This will differ from the maximum salary range in this posting. For more information, please visit the collective bargaining agreement between Minnesota State College Faculty (MSCF) and the State of Minnesota. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
