| Job Description Summary | Ideal for recent environmental science graduates looking to expand their research skills. Under general minimal supervision, independently and in collaboration with other others (undergraduate students and postdoctoral researchers), the applicant will perform research and conduct a wide variety of marine field and laboratory procedures. Daily scientific tasks may include aquarium maintenance, whole animal physiology assays, and genomic sequencing preparation assays. Depending on experience, the incumbent will also perform other scientific tasks or duties and may assist in experimental design and data analysis. Depending on interest, the incumbent may also participate in social science studies led by other members of the research team. |
